Place to find some rare stuff but pricey! Check online the price before you decide to shop there! Edit: I gave you 1 star review based on the way you treated me as a customer. I have a business in Bellevue and know all about expenses and over heads. The key of the success is happy customers. We try our best in our business model to satisfy customers even if they are wrong and never argue with customers. We explain all facets and if customer is still not convinced, then we sacrifice our profit and satisfy the customer. Each business has their own business model and I cannot dictate you how to run your business. I love to support local businesses to stay in business but sometimes it’s hard. Thanks for your time to explain your situation but you lost one customer which is maybe not important for you as I mentioned at store. I will change my rate to 4 star, wish could give you 5 stars. I ordered a 40 watt 12 VAC plug in transformer to replace my existing 18 yr old 20 watt 12VAC plug in transformer. I did have several questions and it was very easy to contact them by email. Questions were answered promptly and in terms that I could easily understand. Very friendly customer support. so it was a pleasure doing business with them. The unit was shipped by FedEx and came really quickly. It was packaged very carefully. I would certainly be happy to do business with them in the future based on this experience. With respect to the product itself:. It appears to be well made (robust) and is made in Taiwan. Time will tell as to how long it will last.

Employees are super knowledgeable and nice. They spent over an hour talking with me about how to build a gps system from scratch and helping me figure out what components I would need to purchase from them as well as what different coding and operating systems I should play around with before purchasing anything. Great service!!

It is great to have such a specialized electronic supply store in the area. Yes, you can definitely find cheaper items on Amazon, but if you factor in the level of support you get, the vast availability of products and the simple fact that you can physically feel and touch the item you're interested in, this store has an immense value.

Absolutely amazing..my brother came in from Australia with a tough request and the staff were able to figure out how to help him and had the needed parts in stock. Crazy array of parts . I'm so excited to keep using them!

This place is amazing!!! I stopped in to grab some stuff to redo my network closet and I was pleasantly surprised! Vetco has all sorts of things for every electronics project. If you were the kid who took apart all the electronics to see how they worked—this is your candy store. There are a bunch of fun looking kits you can get to foster your kid’s interest in STEM. The staff members are super super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was amazed at the variety of bits and bobs and gadgets and gizmos and those guys know where everything is and how it all works. There’s even a whole aisle with all sorts of old electronics that will remind you of tinkering with all sorts of neat stuff you found in your grandfather’s garage.
